Litigation
The attorneys in the Drendel & Jansons Law Group are seasoned trial attorneys in the areas of practice in which we focus. We maintain close relationships with a network of attorneys that we trust implicitly to refer clients in areas in which we do not focus. If we do not do it, we know someone who will. Contact us for a free consultation to discuss the matter that concerns you.
Attorneys get a bad rap in our society. Some of it earned, but most of it is not. The perception is that our society is litigious. Maybe it so, but not every personal wrong has a corresponding legal remedy. At Drendel & Jansons Law Group, we believe in being candid. We are not interested in wasting your time, our time or the court’s time on a frivolous lawsuit.
Finding A Resolution
While the court system is better than the alternative (the old Wild West), litigation is not the most efficient or cheapest way to resolve a dispute. We believe in “counting the cost” of litigation and exploring alternative methods of dispute resolution before forging ahead with a lawsuit. We believe our clients are better served by this approach then by the “hired gun” or “scorched earth” approach. We will talk to you about ways to settle your dispute before filing a lawsuit. We might even suggest mediation or arbitration.
Sometimes Litigation Is The Only Choice
While we believe that litigation should be a last resort, we understand that it is sometimes unavoidable. When it comes to litigation, we fight for our clients’ rights and protect our clients’ interests. We keep our clients informed every step along the way. We will not file motions and pursue tactics that are only intended to increase and prolong the litigation and the cost, but we will be as aggressive as needed to achieve a good result. We consult with our clients and develop strategies for success with our clients’ input. We recognize it is not about us; it is about you, our client.
